Healthy food
From this year I have expanded services in advising in health food area. If you think that it doesn´t relate to visaging and make up, believe me, it is exactly contrariwise. Overall health condition of all of us reflects in our face, skin, last but not least even in our behaviour. If you really want to look good and feel better you should consider live healthily.
These days we are all aware that fruit and vegetables are healthy, proteinsare building material of our body, we need diary produce to build our bones. Too much consummation of fat leads to obesity. Nevertheless many people suffer from overweight even if they try to fight with each kilogram. Someone doesn´t suffer from excess weight but doesn´t feel good either or has difficulties and ache of locomotive organs.
One main reason is often not correct eating habits. Sometimes is good to have a think what we eat.
Everyone is individualistic therefore what suits to someone, doesn´t have to suit to somebody else. It is not good to follow some "universal" diet. For the correct function and well being is important to find our own consume regime and follow up on it. From the beginning this kind of diet might look complicated but by the time you will find out that you are not thinking what is good or not for your body and you will precisely choose the correct food.
