People present themselves with their hands, therefore we should devote sufficient care. With regular care the hands will be softer and look younger.
Minimum care - how to do it
- every night before bedtime use a nourishing hand cream and gently rub some cream in nail cuticle.
- once a week shape the nail cuticle. Do not ever cut the cuticle, only push it back to the nailbed. Firstly you have to soften the nail cuticle. Use a special cosmetic for softenning and removing the nail cuticle. Or soak the fingertips in water (with some soap) for a couple of minutes. After that push the cuticle away with wooden or plastic stick (it is sold in every drugstore) to the nailbed.
- do not cut the nails, use emery, mineral or glass nail-file. Model all nails into the same shape and length (the length is given by the shortest nail). File only in one direction.

Manicure
There are two basic methods - wet and dry. With wet manicure you soak the nails in water for a couple of minutes, until the cuticle softens. The disadvantage of this method is that the natural nail also softens and it4s necessary to shape it very carefully. With so called dry manicure you apply a special cosmetic onto the nail cuticle to soften it. With this method the nail doesn4t soften, stays dry and it4s easy to shape.
P.Shine
Is pure natural method for strenghtening natural nails. It4s traditional Japanese method of nail care, well known around the world in these days. The principle is in applying and polishing paste which contains beeswax, beebread and siliceous clay, which is mined in Japan Sea. This procedure is finished with glazing the nail powder. This method provides a faster growth, regeneration and nail strength. The effect is noticeable already after the first aplication, the nails shine and look healthy. Attention gentlemen: This method of nailcare is very famous with men all around the world.
Nail extention
This method uses glue to attach artificial tips (nails) and applies a special gel, which hardens under UV lamp.
Nail decoration
Is of two kinds. There are different kinds of little stones and ornaments. Or so called "nail art" where the are ornaments and pictures drawn onto the nail.
